Fair Pay UK collects the details you supply so we can evaluate eligibility for group claims, provide case updates, and fulfil our regulatory obligations. The data is stored securely within UK or EU infrastructure and encrypted at rest.

We only share information with trusted service providers, such as hosting partners and barristers instructed on your case. Every processor is contractually required to apply equivalent safeguards and only use the data for the services we request.

You can contact privacy@harcusparker.com to exercise your rights, including access, rectification, erasure, or objection. We will respond within one month, subject to any statutory extensions allowed by UK GDPR.
